Teddy and the Three Bears

1) What does each character in the cartoon represent?
The one in the middle dressed like he's on a safari and holding a rife represents Teddy Roosevelt, The bear he's stepping on represents corrupt trusts and the leashed bear represents trusts that aren't corrupt. The bear on the right represents non corrupt corps that work hard.

2) Why is TR dressed that way?
He's dressed in hunting clothes which represents what he's doing, hunting down trusts and his weapons mean he's killing bad trusts by killing the bears.

3) What is the purpose of the bears being labeled different things?
The bad trust bear is getting killed by Teddy so it shows Teddy trying to get rid of corrupt trusts. The good trust bear is leashed and shows how the good trusts felt <scared> when Teddy got rid of the bad trusts, so they probably reformed or never strayed; also they were under Teddy's control. The unlabeled bear is probably companies that are trying to raise up.

4) What is the overall message of this cartoon?
That there were both corrupt and good trusts and Teddy wanted to stop the corrupt ones and in doing so, he created symbols to show what would happen to trusts that strayed.

5) What going on with the bears in the back?
The back one on the right represents and neutral party business that's hardworking and independent.
